0 巧克力曲奇雪糕



材料a:
4粒蛋黄( egg yolk)
25g幼糖 (caster sugar)
7片oreo饼干奶油馅 (oreo biscuit filling)- i just put 4 to 5 pieces only)

b:
200g动物性鲜奶油 ( dairy whipping cream)

c:
250g植物性鲜奶油 ( non dairy whipping cream)
1/2小匙云尼拉香精 (vanilla essence)
适量oreo饼干碎 (some crushed oreo biscuit)

做法:
1.将材料a拌打至均匀及颜色变淡。将b料煮至微滚,离火,拌入a料。(beat a until well mixed and slightly pale.Bring b to boil at low heat.Remove from heat,add in a and mix well.
2.将a和b混合料隔水搅煮至浓,离火放置一旁待冷。(Double-boil a and b mixture until slightly thick.Remove from heat and leave to cool)
3.将植物性鲜奶油打发,和做法2料及云尼拉香精和适量oreo饼干碎拌匀,倒入容器里,撒上oreo饼干碎放入冰格冷藏隔夜或至凝固即可。(Whisk non dairy whipping cream until stiff.Add in method 2 mixture,vanilla essence,some crushed oreo biscuit and stir well.Pour mixture into a prepared container and sprinkle crushed oreo birscuit on top.Freeze overnight or until set.
